Shipping & Returns

Returns: We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement product, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. You should return your item along with the order number and a discription of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us. Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery for security reasons. Please contact us BEFORE returning an item and we will send you the returns department address. Please note that this is different from our store address. We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
